Stock orders are delivered 4 days after the payment.
All our shipments go through express service. We have paid part of the costs of this premium service so you can have your products as soon as possible for a flat rate (cost depends on your region).
We also offer FREE worldwide shipping fee for orders over US$150.
For most of Europe and the USA, delivery within 7 days. Rest of the world, delivery within 7-10 days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Applied Zcience cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
We do not include the cost of taxes and duties in your order. Please kindly check if additional fees is needed at your location.
All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 10 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

We advise you use a trackable postal service or courier.
You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item, including the original shipping cost.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our designs and will be happy to assess any item that is deemed faulty if purchased directly from Applied Zcience online within the past 6 months. In the case of faulty goods we will refund the full amount paid by you (including shipping costs).
Returns Terms and Guidelines
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.
It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
